"Horrible place to live. The landlord is slow to fix anything especially emergency situations. Thermostat stopped working during freezing temps and the same with anything dealing with appliances and water. Don’t rent here EVER. It’s overpriced for the lack of amenities you’re receiving. It constantly smells like sewage and trash outside. And all the dogs that live there are never on a leash which is illegal in Greene county."
