Fairfield Crossing Apartments

"please stay away of this apartment, this is one of the worst apartment have ever seen and lived. the management is so pathetic and they don't care about tenants. their job is to keep the policies but they don't follow. let me give you why I said it is horrible. this apartment welcomes you with roaches and rats, where management doesn't even pay attention. if you complain they call someone to keep some powder which you will get better in Walmart. firstly. there is no security in that apartment, neither cameras to monitor. management will not be even respond about security. people are having weed in the community where management will not bother. maintenance is so horrible, they don't change carpets or flooring or even basic upgrades. so many time some one will hit the car and they ran. complaining to managements is waste. no security at all, lot of strangers roaming in the community. they close Gym and they say upgrade in progress but they charge money for the amenities. I can say 1000 items. my suggestion, please move out or dont join. for every question you get a answer that management is busy with preparing reports and are unavailable."

"Visitor parking requires the presentation of a visitor car registration! This is ridiculous. All you may need are plate number, car model and year at max. Why would you insist on a registration. It is like I am going to visit Pentagon."

"I have lived here for almost three years and have found it to be one of the best maintained and managed apartments I have ever seen. Today, a repairman, Luz, came to fix a very badly clogged kitchen sink. He arrived within less than two hours of my call and worked diligently for the better part of an hour. He was extremely professional and gracious, and I want to complement him on his excellent service. Great job."

"Overall it’s not bad at all, however, Cockroaches are everywhere in this place and the pest control company they have is horrible, even i requested for reaches treatment every single week they not gonna care, they just pretend to treat and walk away with whatever they get paid, either they need to change the pest control policy or the company. I don’t recommend this place because of this single reason. Even i was barely cooking food and hire a cleaner."
