"This apartment complex used to be a safe nice place to live in I am been living here for more than 13 years but different management employees come and go but this property manager is the worst she doesn't care about any issue mice problem she will tell you it's everywhere in shared communities, packages being stolen, it's everywhere I see it on the news all Stolen packages from front porch vandalism we can't do anything call police. This is a ghetto place now, kids running around late, you will never get your package laundry room 2 only for 8 floors and filthy people will take out your laundry stole good ones leave the rest on filthy floor, false fire alarm by teens, setting things on fire im trash room recently, please don't move never saw horas roaches but they have them. your clothes stole good ones and will leave them on the filthy floor or on top of the machines parking garage weed smokers druggies roaming around elevators don't work, the time people even st"

"Absolutely appalled by the unethical behavior of the management office at Springfield Crossing. Despite my rightful claim to a $900+ security deposit, it was fraudulently withheld and never returned to me upon moving out. Even worse, the office continues to refuse any restitution. Their fraudulent and illegal actions and subsequent refusal to rectify the situation demonstrate a severe lack of integrity and disregard for tenant rights. This blatant mishandling of funds is utterly unacceptable and has caused undue financial strain. Prospective tenants, beware: this management office engages in deceitful practices, leaving former tenants unjustly out of their hard-earned money. A disheartening and disappointing experience dealing with a management team that lacks basic honesty and responsibility. ————————————————————————- Moving out of this dirty hell hole administered by incompetent office staff is the best decision I’ve made in the last decade. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this apartment complex. Firstly, the leasing office staff were shockingly unprofessional and even exhibited racist behavior, which is completely unacceptable in any setting. Additionally, the living environment was deplorable. Trash was everywhere, and it seemed like the dumpster was never emptied on time, leading to overflowing garbage that attracted pests and created an unsightly mess. Moreover, the apartment units were old and overpriced. It's ridiculous to pay such high rent for outdated accommodations that were clearly not well-maintained. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; it's a complete nightmare to live here. Renters beware! This place is run by the Ukrainian and Mexican mafia. The way the run this place is a joke."

"If you are looking for convenience and comfort look no further. Apartments are very specious. So far I’ve been residing here going on my 3rd year and I am enjoying the stay. Maintenance is great here they have responded to my request in promptly time. Daisy the leasing consultant is super nice and helpful."
