"They wouldn't hand us the keys to move in and claimed the previous tenants haven't returned the keys - that was a lie. They were buying time to install new carpet hoping to scam us out of money when we move. They have no smoking rules, yet people still smoke outside. Even in front of the leasing office. Shocker. Just check the parking lot, cigarette butts are everywhere! Even my downstairs neighbor smoked freely in the parking lot and then he switched to smoking on his balcony. Now we can't even open our balcony to let fresh air in because all we smell is cigarette smoke. Visitors parking in residents spots or in the middle of the roadway blocking other vehicles from being able to drive through. They think parking in the roadway with their hazard lights on is appropriate. It's a fire lane. It's a CONSTANT problem. people park in front of the dumpster at the office, blocking traffic all the time. People speed through the parking lot, completely ignoring the 15mph speed limit. People parking in visitor and resident parking spots WITHOUT passes. Residents park so crooked they take up two parking spaces. Not to mention someone dinged my fiancés brand new vehicle not even a week after he bought it. People spitting gum out on stairs and other common areas. And leaving trails of garbage and chicken bones on the stairs. (My dog tried to eat them, which is extremely harmful to dogs.) Obnoxiously loud neighbors that are allowed to blare their music at all hours - Despite me leaving a note asking them, politely, to stop. I called and texted the leasing office numerous times to complain, but nothing got resolved. Why put a lively and larger family on the top floor? That is bound to cause issues and complaints. I had family leave during a holiday at my apartment because the upstairs neighbor's music was extremely loud. When I complained to the leasing office about it, they stated my neighbors had family over the holiday. I told them I did as well. The office even instructed me to contact them if the problem continued, so when I did, that's the kind of response I was met with. It is unfair for others to get special treatment. The issue never got resolved. My upstairs neighbors stampeed up and down their hallways all.day.everyday! They have stated numerous times that there are quiet hours from 8:30pm - 8:30am, but it's never enforced. Cant use the majority of our electric outlets because the outlets are so loose. I mentioned it to them right after move in, but nothing was actually done and they never acknowledged it. We were also not made aware until lease signing of pest control coming every 2-3 months and have to clean out ALL of our cabinets and pantry.... every.two.months. Not to mention the dumpsters overflowing because ALL trash must be taken out of the apartments. I understand pests can be a major problem, but it's a major inconvience when you work as much as I do. Then they started only giving us a day's notice before pest control came. I have a disabled dad and grandfather and I work 6 days a week - I have no free time. Packing up all your belongings from the kitchen and bathrooms for pest inspection is unnecessary stress to residents. Not to mention they take a quick glance inside your cabinets and then leave. They don't spray unless necessary - they take 2 minutes to glance at the cabinets and then leave, but it took us two days to get everything out for their convenience. Yet they complain when the cupboards above the fridge aren't open, and that my dog is in another room barking because she's scared of strangers.Not to mention the whole situation was completely unorganized, how can we throw out all trash when the dumpsters are already overflowing. It took 2 weeks for them to completely get rid of the overflow. That's disgusting and it smelled horrible. Also saw residents digging through the trash."

"The buildings are absolutely disgusting. Nobody cleans the stairs / wood area of buildings and it is all stained and looks horrible. It should be cleaned consistently but they don’t even do that. They have people in these apartments that are loud and make messes outside (and i’m sure inside too) like dragging their dripping trash down and staining everything and spilling drinks and food, etc. Also they enforce “Nothing hanging from the balcony” yet you see buildings full of balconies with clothes hanging over, flags, and balconies that legit look like storage units with the huge amount of stuff they have shoved in there. Whenever they do a job they do it with less than half effort, they don’t even clean the walls right, just let the dirtiness drip down and leave it like that."
