"Amazed by how nicely new and warm and welcome the staff at this location is. Free complimentary breakfast with plenty of options. Pet friendly and dog was nice and happy in these large rooms. Would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, esp those who are Hyatt members."

"Gorgeous views, really good front desk service too. Typical breakfast. 3/5 in the food department, including the restaurant upstairs, it was okay. The views in that one were great from outside on the balcony though. Taking one star away from rooms because there were a couple of (scalp) hairs in the bathroom. I know it happens, but you hate to see it anyway. Overall definitely a better hotel stay than most, and I stay at a lot of hotels."

"Very nice, still new hotel. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Room was quiet. Bed comfortable enough. Bathroom is a good size with very good lighting. Always appreciate the Chromecast TV. Location is on a hill overlooking town so it's a bit windy"

"I had a wonderful stay here. The outside and inside of the hotel are beautifully decorated. My room was spotless and had a great layout with a couch/ sitting area somewhat separate from the sleeping area. Multiple mirrors in the room, and a fridge was provided. I recommend at least having a drink at the Ridge Room rooftop restaurant, and I have heard the food is amazing too."

"Dazzling, resort like vibe at this brand new property close to I-81 and tech centers. Outdoor lounge areas offer fire pits and flat screens adjacent to indoor bar. Sparkling, heated indoor swimming pool. Lobby Cafe offers sandwiches and snacks. Top floor Ridge restaurant features spectacular mountain sunsets and gourmet dishes. Room was quiet and comfortable with ample USB connections and we'll appointed bathroom."
