"Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Clean and quiet and perfect location off the exit. Pool was good and breakfast was good too. Close to lot of good places to eat within 10 minutes."

"Beds are okay, on the firm side. Personally I prefer a very soft, yet supportive bed and I've had better beds at a day's inn so I was disappointed since I spent more money on this place because it had a pool and the beds weren't that great. Yes I know the chain has a certain standard for the kind they provide and their reasoning and choice is just that a choice in what they provide. As a customer I'm just warning others that are like me who need soft/pillow top yet supportive comfort to sleep the best they can outside of their home. Secondly, the pool though inside was too cold even though it was supposed to be heated. Yes, I realize while I realize that folks are hotter than the pool temp. The water was colder than the 80 degrees we were told it would be. For my two kids, that love pools, to not want to stay and have teeth chattering because they are cold, that says a lot. I'll give the hotel and out though ...maybe the heater/temp regulator went out? Nevertheless, having the pool as an activity to do with young kids was the selling point for me. As it was a solution to have them tire themselves out before bedtime. So again a disappointment since it was quite literally the only reason why I went with this hotel for the pool for my kids....that we didn't use more than 5 minutes."

"Google maps rates this hotel 2 star. Not sure what’s the formula but I think that they deserve more stars than that. I gave it a 5 as we had a pleasant stay so far. About to check out tomorrow but I have not seen any issues as far I can see. We’re staying for the weekend and the receptionist named Sam has been very helpful to assist. His professionalism is top notch and assistance was outstanding. When I asked, he offered some good recommendations within the vicinity. The thing that impressed me about was the cleanliness and affordability rate of the hotel. It is strategically located nearby the attractions of this part of shenandoah region. I just want to thank the crew that was on shift when we stayed. From the kitchen crew whom served great breakfast to the housekeeping that maintains the tidyness and order of the rooms to receptionists. Sam was a top lad and was just genuinely nice, My one year old son was friendly to him and was looking for him when we passed by."

"Amazing. Great staff. Easy access on and off interstate. Rooms are fresh n clean. Nice thick towels and they smell fresh and clean. Love the tile work in stairway. Will def stay here again. Next door is truck parking area but it's so quiet"

"Nice place! The employees are doing a great job of keeping the entire hotel clean and smelling fresh throughout. The free breakfast included, was great- bacon,eggs, french toast, waffles and choices of fruit, muffins, juice and coffee! Did not have time to go in the pool Or workout area but they looked good as well. The mattress was comfortable and lots of soft fluffy pillows."
