"I could not recommended pheasant run more!! I had an awful experience my first year at another complex and this place is above and beyond what I expected. You would think there’s gotta be a catch with this low of a price… nope! Great living space and area with very quick and nice maintenance. If it wasn’t for moving in with future roommates I would stay here all the years at JMU! If you are thinking of living here do it!"

"I have never encountered any major issues while living here and love the affordability of Pheasant Run! The office staff is very nice and professional. Also shout out to the maintenance team for being amazing! They have always fixed all my issues quickly and have given us quality work. My unit was great for the price and all of the other expenses were included in a flat monthly rent charge. I would recommend Pheasant Run to any JMU or local college student. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and very close to JMU and other shopping centers."

"Lived at Pheasant Run for 2 years. Had no issues with management and maintenance was quick too. The price is really good here, and included utilities is really convenient. JMU bus stop is convenient and in walking distance. Purcel park is great and also provides an easy walking/biking/scootering path from the townhomes to JMUs campus. Much quieter than the devon ln area as far as JMU parties go."

"I lived at Pheasant Run for 3 years and have really enjoyed my experience here! The staff is friendly and helpful and the maintenance guys are awesome and will fix any problems quickly and efficiently. The neighborhood is quieter than most, which is awesome if you don't want to be woken up in the middle of the weeknight! Purcell Park is great to enjoy on warm days and the common rooms have plenty of room to host guests. I would have preferred larger bedrooms and nicer furniture with table legs that didn't wobble or have holes in the sofa springs, but the price is awesome compared to other off-campus housing. Overall it was a friendly, clean, and fun place to live! Would definitely recommend :)"
