"Our room appears to be very dated. An electrical wall outlet had both the socket and faceplate "floating", inattached to eall box. In fact several outlets struggle to hold a power cord in place, why???? There is also a smaller sized anklet sock on the floor under the drapes from prior client. Would not accept booking from road due to shortage of housekeeping staff, but did encourage us to book as walk-in, which we did. We've stayed here before, unsure why quality dropped so drastically. Let's see how breffus goes."
"It’s in a nice spot. Hotel is easily 20 years old. Bed was ok. Shower was good. If you get a rate under $100 it’s worth it. Anything over $135 and I would stay in any of the newer chains nearby."
"Great location. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was above what I have experienced at more costly places I've stayed in the past. The room was clean and plenty enough for what I needed, as I was the only occupant. That being said, had I been traveling with my significant other we would have been comfortable as well. I know where I'll be staying during my next visit to Harrisonburg. Right here at this hotel. Thank you to all involved with my experience!!"
"The entire place is absolutely disgusting. We went into the room that we reserved. It was not even cleaned. There was pubic hair and hair all over the bathroom. The beds were not made or even changed. They left their cleaning supplies in the bathroom. The carpets in the hall ways are ripping apart. The parking lot was littered with garbage we took our dogs out to use the bathroom and the poop cans were completely overloaded. Have not been changed in weeks. Will never stay there again."
