"very nice & helpful staff. room was clean & comfy. she tried to give us a quiet room but because the hotel is sandwiched between a truck rental place & a gas station & close to the highway, it would be hard to actually have quiet, so got out the earplugs & eye masks. Close enough to all the restaurants in 'old downtown'."

"My family (wife and two daughters) stayed 2 nights here. I was BLOWN AWAY by the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hot breakfast; more than you'd expect for a small place...biscuits and gravy, waffles made to order, sausage, egg and cheese, juices, coffee, bagels, cereals, a cooler with GOOD yogurts. We arrived around 9pm and there was hot coffee (regular and decaf) in the lobby, and it actually tasted good!! I read reviews for other hotels in the area that were terrible, before booking this hotel; which had EXCELLENT reviews. Do yourself a favor and read the recent reviews! This place feels new and clean. Pool is small but more than adequate for some quality pool time with the fam. Highly, highly recommend. One more thing.... The beds are high, which at first I was concerned about with our youngest. But I was able to push their queen bed up against the wall, which was perfect. Of course, when we left I pushed the bed back in place. Hope that helps!"
"Stayed there last Saturday on business. Cindy who checked me in was extremely pleasant. The room was clean and spacious. The large TV with a large selection of channels was nice. The lobby was well laid out. Breakfast was better than many similar hotels. Overall it was a great place to stay."
