"I cannot rave enough about this place! Not only are the apartments beautiful, but they are ideally located and include exceptional amenities to boot that we look forward to utilizing frequently. The best experience thus far has been with the staff! They went above and beyond to help us apply/move in an expedited fashion due to a time-sensitive job transfer. They have been courteous, prompt and responsive towards every request and need. Their professionalism, encapsulated in kindness, has been a breath of fresh air and has allowed for a much-needed respite during this abrupt life transition. Lacy, specifically, has been an absolute angel and I can’t say enough about how valuable of an asset she is to this establishment. (I think a raise is in order)"

"Do not live here! We lived here for 2 years, and the “management” was horrible! Issues we had that were never handled: -stove fire hazard was never corrected – we were told the burnt burner wiring was "normal", could only use 1 of the 4 burners during our 2 years - several weeks before our improperly working dishwasher was replaced because we had to "prove" what was wrong with it because "management" could not find anything wrong with it - entry into our unit without proper notice/permission - cable and internet service issues that were never fixed (cable and internet included in rent) - maintenance issues were never fully addressed, always handled aimlessly - snow and ice not properly removed from the complex which caused dangerous situations for residents, to include my wife slipping, falling, and hitting her head on the way to work one day, only to be told to just be careful (snow removal included in rent) - peeping Tom that “management” would not get a Notice of No Trespass issued on through the police department"

"***UPDATED REVIEW*** I originally gave this place 5 stars. At first, they were super helpful, and when we had an emergency at our old apartment complex they got us into our apartment here as fast as they could, which was really an amazing thing to do. We were good tenants, as well; we always paid on time, responded to important notices, and followed the rules and did what we were told. We always followed up and made sure we were following rules, and any time they tried to contact us, we responded immediately. The bad thing, though, is that upon move-out, they charged us $550. Now, my boyfriend and I left first, so I don’t know the condition our roommate left the apartment in, so I wasn’t even really mad about the $550 because I’m sure he left things behind. But my boyfriend and I vacuumed the carpets obsessively as we have a large, hairy German Shepherd, and I scrubbed the bathroom from top to bottom with bleach and cleaner, and we did three check-through’s to be sure we got everything out (all of which I took photos of upon leaving). So I know the issue wasn’t us. The $550 maybe was warranted, maybe it wasn’t - like I said, we have no idea what condition our roommates side of the apartment was left in. But the problem was that they immediately sent it to collections. No bill emailed to us, no warning, nothing posted on our accounts - straight to collections. Why would you do this to tenants who were always timely with rent and responding to the property manager??? We tried to get in touch with them, but of course they were both at weddings and never bothered to contact us back. We only had a three month lease and had nothing but good things to say about living there until they tried to mess with our credit and couldn’t be bothered to send us a bill first. Rude, lazy, and money hungry."
