Squire Hill Apartments

"The apartments are nice but the management is so stuck up their rears that they don't believe it's worthwhile or their job to make their community accessible for residents and guests. Ridiculous parking pass policy where you need a pass to park in visitor spots, and they don't have any way to access passes if the office is unavailable. Their response to this is "Don't visit, carpool, or park a 20 minute walk away". Absolutely no human decency. Don't think of having your family visit you on a weekend or show up after hours, because if you do, you're looking at a nice $180 charge for getting your car back from K.A.R. towing. If you ask me, seems like they get a cut or kickback from the towing company because they are in no way open to listening to ways to improve the pass so it doesn't cost their residents' guests an arm and a leg to park for a few hours for an impromptu weekend visit. Front office is argumentative and dismissive at best. Would rather get you out of the door to resume their mundane lives than treat you like a human being and take any sort of accountability for their policies that they are not truly open to hearing feedback on."

"We had a great move in and the management was amazing. We love the pool and having a safe place to call home while we are away at college. Our place was clean and orderly when we arrived with little to no issues. The community is amazing as the people around us are so nice and helpful. We also had to call the maintenance people to come fix our smoke detectors and they showed up soon and were very helpful. I totally think that squire deserves the 5 stars! We love it at Squire Hill!"

"Extremely well-run operation. Process and procedures are clear as a bell and communicated professionally in writing and verbally. Every person we have spoken with is very friendly and knowledgeable. Love the retired police officer with the German shepherd!"

"I had the best year living here!! The staff is always available for any questions you have and are always wanting to help make your time living here the best it can be. The amenities are amazing and it was great to be able to be close to home and study late night in the study rooms! The gym is also great to work out in and the pool is amazing in the warm weather!! Cannot recommend Squire enough!"

"I LOVED my time living at Squire Hill this past year! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with anything, the amenities are top tier (the coffee is out of this world!), and the apartments themselves are comfortable and spacious, particularly the closets! The biggest issue was bugs occasionally getting in the apartment during the season changes due to being so close to the woods. Other than that, it is a wonderful place to be, I highly recommend living here!"
