"Well my mom and I went to see a 2 bedroom apartment with two baths. Let me tell you, we loved the place! The manager in the leasing office, ( I think his name is Carlos) he was very kind and showed us respect! He did an awesome tour! We saw 2 apartments that were different but both was spacious!! Carlos also broke every down and explained to us like what our prices would be and when we went outside to see the apartments, he was showing us the stores that's near and around the complex community. I pray we get it or something like it but I would really recommend Carlos. The main manger in the office next to us, she was really nice and sweet as well! I would definitely recommend!"
"Extremely disappointed & I’m not even a resident, my husband & I had scheduled a tour on 12/20 at 3. Met with the Property manager & everything seemed to be going well, she took us to look at 2 different floor plans for a 2B & 2B. Got back to the office to discuss pricing & leasing options, at the end we said our goodbye’s & decided to start filling out the application in our truck. Both my husband & I finished & paid $98 for the application fee, next day I have been checking my emails for a response but nothing. That same night my husband had mentioned he logged into his profile & saw that your system is stating he still needs to finish his application, he tried to redo it but your system was not functioning properly he was getting nowhere. I sent an email (12/21) stating “Hello, My husband Carlos Chavez has been having issue’s with his application, he submitted it yesterday 12/20 & we have been waiting for a response back all day but he realized your system is stating he has yet to submit anything. He tried to do it again but your system is not functioning properly as he gets nowhere, we have paid the application fee’s already & would like to get some assistance to move forward. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience, I’d greatly appreciate it.”. Then Friday came along, still no response so I ended up calling the phone number on the website & left a very detailed message requesting a call back for assistance. It is Christmas Day so do not expect anything today but just wanted to share my unfortunate experience at this property, how business is being ran I will never know so at this point I am inquiring about a refund for the $98 application fee? So when someone reaches out, I expect to hear the correct response. Thank you."
"I’ve been living here for a little over 2 years. At first, it was great. However, I noticed that every season change, the HVAC system in the apartment would give out. Either the AC stops working in the summer, or the heat doesn’t work in the winter. I call the leasing office and it gets fixed. Last winter though, it took over a month for the heating system to get fixed by maintenance. I had to notify corporate to expedite the matter. This summer, without fail, the AC gave out. The engineer who came to fix it stated the maintenance personnel who fixed the unit in the winter messed it up. This caused my electric bill to soar to over $500. I notify the leasing office, and submit previous bills at their request to show that I never consume that much electricity. They say they’ll get back to me…..and they don’t. I call and call, and it’s one thing after the other. Either the manager is at a meeting or busy doing this and that, or the calls go unanswered. After 3.5 weeks of calling with no resolution in sight, I’m told the manager is on vacation. How convenient. The last thing they want to do is reimburse me. With all that said, if you’re looking to live at Reid’s Prospect, here is a little heads up on how things could possibly go for you. If maintenance messes up something in your apartment, you will not be reimbursed. As a matter of fact, you’ll be ignored. Don’t say you didn’t know, because I just gave you a heads up!"
"Signs are not properly displayed letting people know where you can park. My father in law parked in a space with NO TOW AWAY SIGN or parking number indicating it belonged to anyone. Its a shame they are towing people in the middle of covid 19 when people are layed off. We cant afford to pay $175."
