"I recently moved to The Jefferson and I have loved it! The leasing office is very responsive and will go above and beyond to help resolve any issue or answer questions. They also do a great job making sure all the amenities and the community is kept nicely. The neighborhood itself is a cozy and quiet neighborhood even though it's on a busy road. All the perks of living close to shopping centers without the con of it being noisy! The apartment layout is a dream! So much natural light and open space. The kitchens are updated with a beautiful backsplash and nice countertops so it feels so homey. The only tricky thing is parking as it is a smaller community. It hasn't been an issue as I've always found a parking spot, but it is something to keep in mind when considering hosting or if you are coming in with multiple vehicles. Overall, this complex is a gem in Fairfax! Decent rent prices, great floorplans, friendly and helpful staff, and a very convenient location! I'll definitely be renewing."

"The Jefferson at Fair Oaks went downhill after the previous management Buzzuto left. Klingbeil Capital Management is the worst! They have a rat infestation problem, the trash area is always a mess, management is rude and non-responsive. They send you erroneous bills after you move out for sewer, water, and admin fees. And forget about getting your deposit back. I was timely with my rent all 5 yrs I lived here, left the apartment clean and tidy before I moved out, and they still screwed me over in the end. Klingbeil Capital Management (KCM) lacks integrity and they should be ashamed of themselves. I should have left as soon as they took over."

"I lived this place from March through Juley 2023, It was my worse living experience ever. Leasing office explain everything very nicely at beginning, when you submit your application they are changings their words. all offers was just a lie to me . Office manager was very rude to me she was keep holding me for hours to talk about a problem , they apply 10% late fee charges even if their system has technical problem, their amenities are zero but still you have to pay 500$ . I believe the towing company living their, four times my car towed for very small reason the because front office was close in weekend and I could not extend my vehicle permit and they towed my vehicle permit was expiring on Fridays night at 12:00 am and they towed my car at 12:03m very stressful neighborhood my kids got stressed after moving out they keep sending me invoices even for oven cleaning which is so funny for me . they did not come for move out inspection with me but they keep charging after 3 months. they reduce all water pressure and you can not shower very well the insulation is very bad very noisy , the AC/heater has very loud sound difficult to sleep any many others ."

"I visited in September of 2023 and had a great experience with my tour, given by Brianna. While I didn't end up moving here, the leasing office was very helpful and friendly. The apartments themselves are quiet and cozy, very pretty interiors. The community was quiet, despite the location, and I spoke to numerous tenants to get any gripes about the complex. I only heard great reviews from people who had moved in recently or had been there for the last 5 years, no complaints anyone shared with me about neighbors, mail, or maintenance, the things I looked for. My impression is that the community is smaller and social, the parking is simple, and the apartments are well made with a responsive team. Would love to live here if work brings me back to Fairfax in the future, I'll keep an eye out."

"I’ve been living here almost year come January and I LOVE IT HERE, I will most definitely be renewing my lease. From the day I stepped foot into the Jefferson Oaks Community I knew it was for me. Clean, quiet, not big and great customer service. From the leasing office staff to the maintenance crew, even the landscaping crew they are all wonderful. Any issues and they have your back. Do to it being a small community I suggest you limit how long your guest stay do to parking. It can be unfair for a tenant to have to circle back for parking on the weekends. Overall one of the best communities in Fairfax and I’ve seen a lot. Super convenient to highways, gas stations, shopping centers, malls and supermarkets."
