"I called Fay St Apt's Winchester today and asked about a 1BR apt. I am a little hard of hearing but most people I can understand on the phone if I take my hearing aids out while on the phone. I mentioned this to the guy that answered the phone. I wasn't sure what he was saying either my hearing was extra bad or he was slurring. I kept asking my question hoping he would speak more clearly. After the third try he just hung up on me. So I read a few reviews and kind of get the picture now. I don't like to judge people but having read the reviews of this establishment I am looking else where now. Thanks reviews :)"
"It's cheap to live here but still way to much for what my living space actually is. For some reason I am paying 3 water bills. A fee of $50 is included in my rent for a water reimbursement, plus I have a county and city water bill. The people they moved in above me must not work but I work so all day and all night all I hear is constant banging and running across the floor. You call and try to talk with someone in the office and get things taken care of however nothing gets done, and they can't give me a reason as to why I have to pay 3 water bills. They tell you they are coming to work on something in your house and then they don't show up on that day and just let themselves in the next day when your not home."
