"This place is horrible! The front staff is full of the rudest women in Hampton Roads & the doctors cancel last minute. I've been going to this place long enough to fully appreciate a new doctor. I've had numerous phone conversations with the front staff here & only had one or two pleasant ones, even after bringing their attitude to the doctor's attention there was no change. Considering the type of doctor's office this is, I would think they'd hire people more professional. The level of mistreatment is enough to make the self worth of even those less depressed plummet."
