"Spent 20 minutes looking for parking. Left an HOUR early just to get here. Only to be 10 minutes late to our appointment just trying to find a freaking spot to park. Called before we were late to tell them. Then they proceeded to have us wait OVER an HOUR for a ENT appointment. Might I add I’m paying for a sitter for two kids. Awful experience would NEVER recommend. Still waiting in office writing this!!! Our appointment was 3:30pm it’s now 4:46pm!"

"I had an appointment but when I showed up there wasn't a single place to park. I spent almost 45 minutes on the phone with the girl in the office trying to help me find a place but that didn't work either. Needless to say, I didn't make it inside for my appointment because I couldn't just leave my car in the middle of the parking lot. Then they charge me $50 for a missed appointment....I was there for it, they just overbooked and didn't have any room for me. So when I call to dispute the charge the woman is extremely rude and when I mentioned my anxiety she laughed and said ok. How do you work for a hospital and laugh at people's medical diagnosis? I then tried asking to speak to someone else and she hung up on me. I've since called back and left 3 different messages but no one has yet to return my call. I already knew after this scenario that I would not be going back to the breast surgeon due to parking but after the way the billing dept treated me, I won't be going back to evms at all."

"This organization has a major problem at the management level. When helping my wife navigate simple appointments, I found communications, apps, basic scheduling, employee people skills and virtually everything necessary to get patients to an appointment at the correct place and at the right time inadequate. Just a terrible experience! I suggest that administrative care is just as important as the medical care receive. In our case both were deficient."

"I was referred to Dr. William Dougherty by another surgeon because I needed to have a cyst removed from my forehead. I cannot thank Dr. Dougherty enough for making my scar look like I didn't even have facial surgery! He and his staff have a wonderful demeanor and I recommend this practice highly!"

"We had appt. at 3:30 on thurday. Wr arrived at 2:00 just in case they could take us early. Well gurss what its 4:15 an we are still waiting to see the dr. When ask how much longer it might be we were only 3 more people ahead of us. Gee, thanx, so much for arriving early. And, now we will be in the rush hour traffic. No anxiety there."
