"This is now my second prescription that it has taken multiple days of calling to get refilled. (it still isn't refilled) I was told today that they are short staffed but I'm more than welcome to fill out an application. When I pointed out that patients are going without medication because they are short staffed I was told "Yes they are, have a blessed day" and got hung up on. The unprofessionalism from the office staff is beyond belief. If I could give no stars I would."
"Make sure you are there in time for your appointment and if you don't show up expect a fee. Now they can make you wait all morning before you ever get seen, and they will pay you absolutely nothing and totally disregard everything you have to do that day."
"It took me 45 days to get an appointment. I have been a patient for 4 decades. It used to be Ghent Family Practice and it was a good practice. Now they threaten you with no show fees. I have to give it a bad 1 star review. My friend quit going there too. It's really a student Practice place for EVMS."
"Been coming here for five years on and off. I hadn't had any real problems with the doctors or staff. But they do need to get their stuff straight with putting people on hold for a hot minute when calling to have an appointment scheduled or changed."
"If you value your life DO NOT go to this place. They call themselves "doctors" but they are actually "know-it-all" clueless students. They prescribe you the strongest medications without knowing the full scope of the situation or what they are doing, and causing your healthy organs to get permanently damaged and acquire life threatening conditions. They won't do the necessary tests to check your health before prescribing even if you ask them to countless times. They attend you for 15 minutes and if the problem is not solved in that timeframe they will prescribe any medication and just send you off to your luck. Please DO NOT go here. This place should be shut down."
