"my first time and it was one of the most disorganized doctor offices, i have ever been. Waiting for the doctor nearly 30 minutes"

"Unfortunately despite booking Doctor Natividad, I was schedule with a PA, who was perfectly pleasant but not a Doctor and not why I booked an appt. When asked about it, I was told ZocDoc isn't always accurate, which seems like a problem to me. The office space itself and signage was questionable. In the doctor's room, there is a sign that I believe alludes to "we prescribe marijuana" without saying it. I do not have the slightest problem with medical marijuana but the obscure and unprofessional signage does not make one feel confident in the practice. There's also a sign advertising $20 B-12 injections for "weight loss and energy", which feels a little questionable as well. Lastly, there's a giant poster advertising NutriMetrix, which is a supplement/diet aid(think Skinny Tea) company that is a division of Market America, which is a Multi Level Marketing (MLM) company, which has NO place being in a doctor's office in general, let alone the room you're receiving care in."

"Was shopping around for a primary care provider and after seeing a couple of primary care doctors and having horrible experiences I decided maybe it was time to switch things up. So that's when I decided to search for an FNP (b/c I'd heard that they had much better bedside manner than actual doctors) and found Lindsay Liwanag. Boy, am I glad I found her! she's got excellent bedside manner, asks all the right questions and is just super nice. She's also great at making you feel comfortable and unjudged, which makes asking questions (especially the ones you think are stupid) and opening up that much easier. I also feel like I have to add this in... when my husband was called back into the office for his annual physical follow-up, I went with him (like I do for all of his doctor appointments). Originally they were going to make me sit in the car and wait (as per their new office policy, only the patient is allowed in), however my husband explained to them that I was essential in keeping track of what his doctor's tell him and so they made an exception and allowed me back into the exam room with him. All in all, couldn't ask for more or be happier"

"Dr. Natividad is excellent, but I take medicine that I need each month. Getting the request filled by the staff is always traumatic; I have ended up having to skip medicine countless times. This past time, I explained that I was out of medicine altogether because they lost it. I was told that it would be ready in three business days. I replied, "that's not good enough; that's not nearly good enough." I thought I was being put through to someone to expedite matters. I explained the situation, and was greeted by, "Are you done?" as if having to listen to my situation was intolerable. He then accused me of lying about having requested the medicine previously."

"I love Dr. Natividad office. The mannerism And level of professionalism is great. I definitely recommend this office to anyone who isn’t pleased or is looking for a new PCP. I will always be grateful for the help I have received throughout the years I have been here."
