"Roaches Roaches Roaches I've been staying here for the past week. Almost everyday. I had to kill at least 6 to 7 roaches in my room. I complain to management. I sent a complaint To headquarters, but no response.there are Roaches in every part of this room from the kitchen bathroom even in the bed. I have videos and pictures as proof, no one can give me answers. The front desk is empty majority of the day and when some does come in its only for 2 to 3 hours. That has been everyday since I've been here 10/20/23. I was told on one occasion some will come by the room to I guess fix the problem, no one has come. I've even went to the extent to tape up any outlets cracks or crevice. Still there a Roaches. I normally don't write reviews but the lack of act by intown suites deserves this review."
"I have been staying here for quite a few years and I honestly don't have any complaints. Tara ,the manager always goes out of her wat to help you in any way she can.all of the staff is awsome and helpfull the hotel is always kept clean I am really satisfied with staying here.the only thing is that I wish the the laundry room would be open 24 hours like it was before cause I work night shift and I was able to wash clothes when I got off work but other than that I am satisfied."
"One of the best extended stays I've stayed in. The staff is extremely helpful and accomodating. Their service is super quick and very efficient. The rooms are clean and has everything one needs. The location is very convenient and has everything (restaurants, Walmart, home depot, etc etc. at a walking distance). I would definitely recommend."
"This is a decent deal for the location. Based on my experience, here are the pros and cons: Pros: -Staff was friendly. -Airconditioning, electric stove, spacious fridge and TV functioned well -Room had a 4-drawer dresser and a 5 tier shelving unit -Dropleaf dining table and 2 chairs -Plenty of kitchen cabinets -Wifi was fast -Curtain blocked light effectively -The room size was okay. I was able to use a queen size air mattress for my young kids with just a foot of walking space left. Tight but doable for the 3 of us. I'd say it was a generally pleasant experience, but with some disappointments. Cons: -You cannot check-in after 3pm. And not at all on a Sunday. Difficultvreaching personnel, e.g. at 1030am on a Monday, the front desk is closed -Walls are very thin. You can hear next door very easily. -We were assigned a room right next to the backdoor so it was loud every time someone entered or exited the building. We did use a sleep sound machine so we were able to live through this. -Bathroom - you cannot switch between just the showet head or just the faucet. The faucet will always be on even if you have it set on the shower head. Bathtub had massive leak (floor) that flooded the kitchen and into the living room. This is the biggest issue I had with this place. It destroyed some important documents I had. This happened on the first night of our stay. We were told it will be fixed the following day. It was not. Followed up a few days later, still wasn't fixed. We had to use towels to soak up the water as it leaked out from the tub/floor/baseboard. -At check-in I requested for a second comforter and was initially told to buy one at Walmart. But another employee said she'll see if she can find another one and requested to leave them a good review. This rubbed me wrong a bit, because I imagine the task of providing a guest with a second comforter should be fairly easy being that it is a hotel. The request was not that complicated and did not require a great deal of accommodation which would have garnered a good review online. -After a 19 hour drive, my little kids and I were woken up by a knocking on my door, 3 different times. It was one of the employees from the front office, handing a piece of paper to leave them a review!!? I asked if house keeping has knocked on our door earlier and she said they haven't gotten to our unit yet. Why so adamant about getting a review? And why so early? - No valet trash. You take it to the dumpster. -5 days after reporting the bathtub leak, nothing was fixed. I requested for extra towels because that was what I was using to prevent the leak from spreading into the outside of the bathroom. The man who I spoke to over the phone said "I'll see what I can do". He was friendly, but that response tells me "I'll look but theres a chance I can't give you what you need". Why is it so difficult to guarantee a simple service? Don't get me wrong, They were very nice and polite, but I get the impression the employees are unmotivated and only willing to do bare minimum for customers. - I needed to stay another day and asked, considering the water leak issue, the damaged documents, the inconvenience, if I can get a discounted rate, I was told no. The weekly rate came out to about $70/day. I was charged $104 for the extra day. I do not feel that that price is justified. I only chose to stay because i did not want to move all our things to another place just to leave the following day. Also, when I mentioned to Ann Marie (front desk) the documents that got ruined, her tone and demeanor completely conveyed that she questions my claim. She questioned just how that can be possible. It is ridiculous that I had to explain that my bag was on the floor. I even showed pictures of the leak. How unprofessional. So overall I would stay there again but with very tempered expectations. Would I recommend it to friends or family? If minimizing costs is top priority, yes. It's a safe location and convenient as it is next to many stores. But otherwise I would not."
"Ever since I moved in I have been very satisfied with the cleanliness, services and my room. Tara the manager goes out of her way to meet customer needs. She is absolutely outstanding bringing expertise and superb customer service. The entire staff and the cleaning crew are amazing at what they do and deserve much appreciation."
