"Love this place! Stayed for two weeks over Christmas holidays. The room was perfect: clean, comfortable, quiet, well laid out. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, oven, full-size fridge, even dishwasher detergent. Saved us a ton on restaurants. The dining area had lots of choices for breakfast, and it had lots of snacks for the rest of the day. Most notably, they had bottled water, fruit, and ice cream bars. The brewed coffee was better than just about any hotel I've stayed at. It even had a laundry room for the guests. Would return in a heartbeat."

"Rooms were clean but had several maintenance issues and toilets that barely flushed. Location was good, breakfast had some good options, but could have been better. Lobby staff was helpful."

"The food served for breakfast was horrible. Mostly cold & the coffee was either cold or empty. We have stayed here several times & the breakfast has always been excellent. Not this week. Our stay was 12/12 & 12/13."

"Stay here for two nights, the only enjoyable thing on this place is free ice creams and drinks after 4pm. The free breakfast was a joke, and front desk lady weren’t friendly at all! Also the HVAC, they gotta clean it out, when you turn it to heat, the smell was awful! So next time in Williamsburg, I’ll try out Springhill suites across the parking lot!"

"First time staying at this hotel. I have stayed at many Marriott hotels and this hotel is very dirty. We found hair all over the table and you can tell it wasn’t cleaned in awhile. The toilet looked like a gas station toilet definitely hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. We definitely won’t be staying here again. I will say staff was nice and they provided some convenient things but it’s not worth it if the room isn’t clean."
