Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

"I am completely over this place at this point. They showed up on time and were very nice, but service to this point has been garbage. I asked for an energy star certified water heater but they didn't install one. I was told they would be scheduling my inspection but it's been almost 2 months since install and I can't even get anyone to call me back like they said they would. At this point, I'm going to call the city to let them know what is going on, find someone else to take this water heater out, install a new one, get That one inspected, then sue the pants off Roto Rooter, in addition to what the city fines them. Completely over it at this point. Choose another company for your peace of mind.. smh"

They were very professional, courteous and friendly. They did an excellent job on the repair we needed done. They completed the job in a very timely manner. After exhausting all options after a couple of hours and a lot of sweat, I decided to go ahead and get a new toilet. Turned out the issue was not something an auger would have ever been able to handle.
