"walmart refuses service to anyone that doesn't have stock tires on. Went in to get 2 tires and they would not do the service because tires I wanted didn't match the sticker in the door panel what a joke."

"Needed to get an oil change, came in 2 hours before they closed and they told me I had to make an appointment for another day because they had already sent everyone home. I made an appointment and came back another day. None of the technicians knew how to drive stick; they had to find another employee to drive it in. I'm glad they did otherwise they would have had to turn me away."

"I went here to get my tires changed. Here is the story: So I call the day before and ask if I needed an appointment for my tires and was told I did not and confirmed their operating hours. I get there at 706AM, yes AM! I am approached by a young lady that tells me that it’s going to be a hour for my car and I said that’s fine. As we walk inside I see what I believe is a Manager and another employee maybe having a meeting. As soon as we walk in the alleged Manager says out loud.. no no we have appointments this morning so if they don’t have an airman then we can’t take them. Neither one of them looked at me and the young lady turns to me and says I’m sorry we can’t take you if you don’t have an appointment because we are short staffed. I can’t deal with the non existence customer service, I will not be back"
