"I took my old Mac desktop to Richard around Dec 8, 2023. I was in the processes of moving so I needed it fixed in a few days. Richard was fantastic. He got my old 2009 Apple desktop to work. I hadn’t used it in so long I forgot the password so he was able to reset the password put Google Chrome some software to protect from viruses. I am very very satisfied with his work, and his prices are so reasonable. I can’t recommend him enough. He knows his stuff and he’s not gonna overcharge you."
