"I wouldn't recommend this company, my insurance chose them and I went along with it, I called a handful of time to talk to the one in charge of the repair and asked to speak to Doug but he was unavailable never returned my call, poor communication. The estimated time of finishing changed twice, and I had to call and ask but was told waiting on parts, and the text msg service from them were vague with the process, until i started to complain. Later talking to the manager named Tory, and if they were told that I was in a rental, they would have tried to expedite my car, which for me meant they didn't care about me and put my car at the bottom of the list to be worked on, it's been 38 days still no car.. Don't use this company"

"The bad: They moved my estimated pickup date three times. I was told that they were "on pace" to meet the original date, and they then blew past it by 2 full weeks. I was without my car for 5 weeks on a repair that I was told should take 2-3. No explanation was ever given. Either I was lied to about them being "on pace", or something catastrophic came up mid-repair that I was never informed of. I can only speculate. The good: They didn't try to make excuses, and took responsibility for blowing their timeline. I got the impression that they were genuinely short-staffed and meant well. The great: My car looks pristine. As far as I can tell, they went out of their way to repair or replace every part that had even a minor scuff on it. The paint job is excellent, and the interior was left spotless. All in all, they did great work, but I wouldn't bring my daily driver back again."
