"We used Certified and they convinced us we could get the Mercedes OEM part and just go through insurance ourselves. However, our insurance company has now (after we paid and installed the windshield with certified) only given us the credit for the aftermarket part (not the OEM one), so I would recommend that you consult with your insurance as we had to pay the up charge for the OEM part after also paying the deductible-- I might've made a different decision had I been aware of that."

"Brought my 94 Land Cruiser to them to have the front windshield and gasket replaced. Since it’s an older vehicle the install is slightly different than todays vehicles. They listened to my concerns and talked me through the process. Never felt pressured or rushed which was a relief because with some companies you can become just a number.
