"Charged $95 for an oil change, and Haley's charge was $60. Asked if they would match Haley's written price and showed them, which I had in hand, and was ignored. Gave me a quote of $3,600 for 4 tires. I went to Costco and spent $940.00 with a 70,000-mile warranty. Their tires made it 55,000 miles. The rest of their quote was equally overpriced. They charge 3% extra if you use a credit card. Each service appointment includes a shop fee, which is either 17% of the total repair order cost or $72, whichever is lower. When you get your receipt to see how they come up with their total charge, you realize you are nickeled and dimed to include a $2.50 charge for the printing of your bill. The best part of this experience was the shuttle driver and being close to home, but in the future, I will go to Haley's and pay for an Uber driver if necessary and still save $."

"I brought my car in for service (May 2023) after having it serviced by Meineke (February 2023) due to continued idling issues and poor performance. I chose this dealership for a second look. McGeorge ASR reported that there were no misfires but there were issues with air flow and was reported to me that there was a rag left in the airflow system. My car was serviced for the next 4 months with a variety issues from misfires to recommendations of replacing other parts but car is still squealing and running horrible. I brought the car back last Saturday Oct 21, and spoke with Chris Wiltshire. I called him back on Tuesday and he said car is running fine with the recommendation of other repairs needed. I asked Chris to go back and review services performed since May of this year and as to why spark plugs were changed. I do recognize that this is a high mileage/late model car."

For those who've dealt with McGeorge Toyota: Since their acquisition by Ourisman, I recently had a state inspection and was stunned by the $70 charge for a pair of wiper blades, which their website lists at $29.99. The dealership has clearly changed, and not for the better. Be prepared for pricing discrepancies and a shift in service standards."
