When they first gave us the estimate of a plumping pipe leak they warned us that it could cost more, because it is very difficult to know until they started digging. But once they found the problem they were very professional in telling us exactly the problem and trying to keep the cost reasonable. They honor there work, commitment and most importantly there transparency in making sure we were okay. A very satisfied customer!!!"

"Our experience with precision was extremely disappointing. Our contractor, Martin, came and was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and seemed wonderful to work with. He told me he would have our estimate in 3 days. I followed up after not receiving anything, and he said he would have it to me in another 3 days. I followed up again after not hearing anything, and he said he’d have it to me the next day. This went on for weeks. He strung me & my insurance company along believing our estimate was coming, bringing our project to a complete standstill while we waited on him, and never delivered the estimate or communicated why. As the kids say, he “ghosted” us. I understand being overworked and understaffed, but I would’ve appreciated the honesty of a realistic timeline, or that he didn’t have time to take on our project. I hear their work is quality, but I sadly wouldn’t believe anything Precision promises to deliver for you. Edit: was contacted by the owner regarding my experience and I appreciated his dedication to wanting to make it right. Hopefully now they are aware of this experience, they will be mindful it doesn’t happen again. Precision was recommended to me by a neighbor so I know they do good work, however it seems like my case fell through the cracks."

"These guys were amazing. Prompt responses, up-front pricing, and extremely professional. I had to replace a main water shut off valve, and two gentlemen arrived within two hours of contacting the company through Yelp. They used shoe covers, which I appreciated. They were knowledgeable and explained the job and cost to me clearly. They were done with the job within the hour and left a clean work space. Upon request, they also gave me a reasonable estimate on replacing the water heater, with a few options. Told them I was considering going tankless, and they explained why that probably wouldn't be necessary or efficient for my household and home. Really appreciated their honesty and information. Everyone I conversed with throughout this transaction was incredibly polite and wonderful to deal with. Will certainly be working with them in the future."
