"Very disappointed in this mechanic shop. Was told to send an email to hear nothing back. After waiting a couple of weeks, I call back to only have someone give me the runaround. Wouldn’t even try to consult and quickly brushed off. Very disgusted with the interaction. The gentleman who answered the phone shouldn’t be tasked with handling calls if they do not care to respond or have costumer interaction. I would seek another shop or YouTube before allowing them to take my money after that call…. I also see where they have responded and have call logs and lies of communication until after my post. Less than integral and scum like. Complete lies and will address them and the others I have just spoken to who have had similar issues to confront the issues they’ve had with BBB."
