"I traveled to the area for a short weekend just before Thanksgiving and the next day found a leak. Brent promised to squeeze me in and try to get me home within one day even though the shop was clearly busy. Within two hours they called to say that my coolant was leaking and the water pump and timing belt needed to be replaced. Since it was an old car, Brent agreed to give me time to find a new vehicle before committing to the work. He went ahead and ordered the parts to make sure there were no delays. A few hours later I bought a new car and showed up to pick up my old car. I fully expected to pay for the labor to run the diagnostics and maybe a restocking fee. But Brent said I owed nothing. He was a bright spot in an otherwise terrible experience. He didn't have to be as generous as he was. I am very thankful I came to West Springfield Car Care today."
