"I went there for my new 11 month BMW inspection. I do not go there usually. The car has only 5000 miles. The inspector said he saw a bubble in my tire and failed the inspection. I told him that it is covered under warranty. He said tires are not covered. Anyway, I took the car to two shop both of them said there is nothing wrong. I took the car to the dealership. They also said everything is normal. Nothing wrong. I think this Cardinal Forrest Shell is just trying to make money not service. I will never step on there again"
