"This experience was terrible. I scheduled an appointment, got my car towed to your dealership a few days before the appt, and then was then told my car wouldn't get looked at for months. Thankfully, you guys were able to work on my car on the day of the appointment. I don't know if it was because my husband and I both talked to the manager (Peter) about our concerns, or if a slot opened up. However, your prices are 2x higher than what I was quoted at another mechanic. When I said I wanted to take my car elsewhere for repairs, the service associate (Rene) told me I was “already in the hole” for the 90k mile service, which was not true because that work hadn’t started. At this point only the diagnostic had been done. Had I not pushed back, you would have tricked me into paying for that service. Which, by the way, is unreasonably expensive ($1k at your dealership compared to $90 elsewhere). Finally, since I wanted to do the repairs at another shop, I scheduled a towing company to take my car from your dealership to the shop. But someone at the dealership gave the towing company the wrong car. Wrong model. Wrong color. How does that happen? Had I not driven by my mechanic’s shop last night on a whim to check if my car was there, and had I not discovered that the wrong car was delivered, my mechanic may have accidentally performed $2k worth of service on someone else's car. I will not be a returning customer to Hyundai Springfield. I would rather take my Hyundai and Genesis to the Alexandria dealership, which is further away from where I live. In fact, I tried to purchase a Genesis from you guys last year and the sales manager was condescending. 0 stars for both Sales and Service departments."

"Biggest complaint is that it takes 6 weeks to get an appointment just for the complimentary oil change. Then you have to wait 3 hours for the work to be done. Waiting area is ok, but barely. (They appear to be doing remodeling as of November 2023.) Water. Coffee and a small basket of snacks hidden over by the cashier. Needs a major upgrade. Service representative was friendly and helpful. Free car wash with the oil change. Probably will just pay for the oil change next time, but I had some questions about the car and recommended service interval, so I decided to spend the time this first visit."

"We made an appointment which took a few months and showed up on time. Then they had my car 11 days and we called multiple times over the course of 5 days. We could never get a status update or anyone to call us back. Not the case manager or the foreman or the general manager. Eventually they admitted that the car is just sitting there and no one has even looked at it. After 11 days!! They only have one foreman who can do hybrid vehicles and he doesn't have time. So we just went and picked up our car. They hadn't even put down a paper mat. They had no loaners so we just went without a car the entire time and they didn't even step inside! Horrible experience."

"First time in a Hyundai Service center after having been to many Lexus, BMW and Acura ones and I didn't expect it to be this nice. Nearly comparable to the luxury ones. Even have free coffee and bottled water."
