"Express Tech knocked it out of the park for us twice. When we moved into our home, we didn’t know our split level HVACs were on their last life. As they started to go, Doug and his team worked diligently with us to keep our systems afloat until they finally failed… Then, they came in and helped us negotiate the home warranty process and eventually we ended up with 2 new systems (Wow! Rare!). All thanks to Express Tech, the process was painless, and fast. I sincerely appreciate their team, professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help their customers. "I cannot say enough good things about Express Air Tech. I have been using them to service my commercial HVAC unit at my business for the past few years. "I contracted with Express Tech Air for a replacement HVAC unit in a townhouse which is located in an outdoor utility close . They were very quick with getting an estimator out and delivering a quote. They were flexible on when they could do work and about breaking the job up into 2 days so some drywall repair could happen inside the utility closet with the unit removed. Both sessions they arrived when they said they would. Overall very good communication and the work that was performed was good quality. I haven’t had to call them back for warranty but I have no reason to believe the experience would be any different. They were not the lowest estimate I received, but not the highest either. It was the professionalism and level of communication was ultimately what was the deciding factor for me."
