"I had a water heater replaced in 2021 and it is under warranty. First of all the website is not helpful because I made an appointment but no one called me to confirm the appointment. I actually had to call them in order to get an appointment time. So I would not suggest using their website to schedule an appointment. Secondly the technician was VERY rude. He was here for maybe 5 mins. When I explained the situation of the water he stated that it wasn't them and that he couldn't do anything. He just kept saying it was a plumbers issue. He didn't even check to see what the problem was to begin with. He just left without trying to recreate the issue."

"Had this company respond much faster than another by a few days. Lunar was my technician and was on time, and most importantly completed task in very timely manner. ThANK YOU!!"

"This is an absolutely horrible company to deal with. Never ever use them. They were supposed to show up at a certain time and they never even called. Then when I called them to check in ETA they said they needed to reschedule without an apology; showing no appreciation for the customer’s time. Then they try to blame me for missing an appointment. This is a completely unprofessional and disorganized business. They deserve to fail due to the lack of customer care and service. If I could give them a minus 5 star rating, I would!!"

"Amit came by on time and quickly diagnosed that the heating element was burned out in our dryer. Luckily he had one in his truck and was able to repair it quickly. Honest, good service."

"Worst service ever... ZERO stars.... cannot post unless you give a star... I had a refrigerator die and called my home warranty company American Home Shield. The first company they called said we cannot fix it. The insurance Company then called Able, when they came out they asked the standard questions how long have you had the fridge, what happened, has anyone else worked on it? The technician said he needed to replace the condenser and compressor and was going to call the insurance company. 1 month later when the parts came in Able installed the parts. However, it still would not work. The technician said that some of the Freon lines were clogged and needed to order a special gas that cleans the lines. After two weeks Able came back with another technician (2 technicians) to clean the lines. The fridge still did not work, so they said it was a coil inside the freezer that was preventing it from working. Three weeks later, they brought the part back out replaced it and the fridge still did not work. This time the technicians left all kinds of parts and trash in my garage. The technicians said that they would let the insurance company know they could not fix the fridge. A month later I had to call the insurance company to find out the status, they said Able never called them. This all started in August it is now November... It seemed like they were working the insurance Company to get as much money out of them as possible. Will never refer anyone to this Company."
