"If you need to do your annual safety inspection, don’t go the first of the month. Usually it’s not too busy, but this morning there was a long line of cars. I got into the line, only to be scolded by the store manager. He said I was blocking the entrance from Rugby Road, and shook his head at me in disgust. Hardly true, the entrance is huge! Not my fault that’s where they placed the line. They could have easily put the line closer to the store. Maybe he was having a stressful morning, but I don’t appreciate being chewed out. I left and went to Centreville Tire and Auto. Thankfully they weren’t as busy."
"I have had DJ do a bunch of work on a Toyota Solera, Acura MDX, and infinity q60. Yes, his price is always good, but I also trust his opinion and estimates of what needs to be done."
"Don't waste your time: Went in to get a state inspection. Arrived at 7:20am, went inside and the clerk behind the counter tells me the inspector will not get there until 8:30 or 9am (well, which is it 8:30 or 9?). I asked if I could leave my truck there and come back at 10... he says "You can leave it, but there is no guarantee that we will get to it". Really? I am the only vehicle in line, it is a brand new vehicle with less than 10k miles and really doesn't "need" an inspection, all they would need to do is pull it in, inspect it, pull it out and park it... (Don't they do that anyway?) but Mr. "Not sure we will get to it", was not helpful at all. Zero commitment to customer service. Maybe for fuel in a pinch, but other than that... don't waste your time here."
