Manager acted like it was a hassle to help me and stated couldn't refund my last month even though the girl didn't cancel both accounts. Be careful when letting them draft your account."

"Don't trust them for one of two reasons. 1 they steal your jewelry if you accidentally leave it they will not return it to you please make sure you always check to make sure you have grabbed all of your stuff. 2 if they didn't steal the jewelry then they obviously are also not doing their job and cleaning the rooms very well. Obviously it is my fault that I left my rings in the first place but I hoped that I could trust that I could call in the person that clean the room would have put my rings where I could get them the following day and instead no one knows anything I will never trust my business with them again!"
