"Usually have a nice experience at this location with fair pricing, but they do not correctly price designer items. I provided never worn $300 Kid Super boots. Didn’t expect them to know that designer but I at least expected them to do their research. They priced these $300 boots at $19 so I kindly asked for them back. A lady with very cute locs condescendingly asked if I knew how the pricing system worked, and tried to go back and forth with me. She’s not very nice but everyone else is cool. Steer clear of her"

"I went in there to take in about 5 items 3 of which were brand new out the box BRAND items one still with the tag of 180 dollars and they wanted to give me 27 dollars for the three brand items I brought in which accumulated to almost 400 dollars in just those three."

"They were still working on person who was there when I walked in 30 minutes prior. They didn't take any of my items because they were not teen items. However I had tank tops, simply southern, and dresses. They didn't smile when I came in and just not too lovely"

"This Plato’s closet is awful! I went in there about a month ago with bags if clothes. Like 2-3 bags of clothes! Nice clothes too from Aeropostale, Hollister, Lula roe and more. I waited over a hour for them to go through my stuff only for them to tell me they could only give me $8.00 and some change. I told them I didn’t even want the money nor the clothes and they said I had to take both the money and clothes even though they state they donate unwanted items to donation centers. Would not recommend. You won’t get any money for any of your clothes."
