"The women who work there, make it unpleasant to shop there. They stand up at front of store, talking/laughing at customers. Very unprofessional and tacky. I only go there if I have to. Not because I really want to!!! Usually unpleasant experience. The young man that works there is very helpful and professional though."

"J's Beauty Outlet is great with variety of different hair, prices were lower at one point when I start going there. It has changed since 2013, for the better and to cut down the constant stealing. (if you never paid attention look at the pictures posted outisde the entrance) I know some people feel they are rude or watch closely, however when you have customers come in on a constant basic to STEAL, it only hurts the Owner and the Customers with Integrity to purchase honestly. The the re-vamp of the store and products inside make it easier to find, shop and to watch those who choose to steal. They may not have gotten all of them , however over the years they."

"Way over priced. No price matching, no refund. I purchased the Andis Foil shaver #17220 here for $97 thinking it would be about the same price everywhere within a few dollars because I like supporting the local community. I tried to return the shaver or get some of the difference returned 10 minutes later (box was unopened, they tore when the inspected it). Nope. Fact; The same shaver is $55 online, go check it out. Shame on me for not checking first but this store is fleecing the demographic that supports them most. I will never shop here again and you should break the chain too."
