"On January 17th I called was on the hold for 45 minutes no one never came to the phone I went to the store to go to the drive-thru because I was in so much pain I can't hardly walk in to return home to get my daughter when she went inside the lady had no patience with her with me on the phone translate into my daughter went to tell her to find out about my prescription here I am again on Sunday Sunday 3 days later it still haven't had my cough medicine the store is not answering the phone to drive through his close they are not giving good customer service"

"Love the care pass discounts and $10 monthly coupons. Sometimes you have to wait a few days for certain meds to come in. Delivery is not free anymore. Also some meds can’t be delivered."

"So I brought my prescription in right at 9 am this morning. The pharmacy staff member was already irritated and I should have known this was going to be an event right then and there. She proceeds to tell me that it will take a very very long time if I plan on waiting on my prescription. I advised her that I would be more than happy to come back later on to pick it up. She cut me off and said “It will be ready after 5pm”. 8 hours really to fill one little prescription of 28 pills?? Ok whatever that is fine. I came back to CVS at 6pm only to find that it was never put in at all. I then was told it will take an additional 30 minutes to fill. REALLY!! They gave no apologies, nothing. I hate it here. I get it your under staffed, but this is very unprofessional."

"Went through the drive thru. This one has a different entrance (from Compastella Rd) to the drive thru. Takes you around the parking lot and heads you towards the drive thru. Of course the wait depends on the needs of the person in front of you. The cashier was pleasant. I don't usually go here, but am glad they are here in this area."
