"Today, I ordered Kroger Sushi through DoorDash. I got the Shaggy Dog Crunch Roll and it was nasty. It did not taste fresh at all. Then there was barely any shrimp tempura inside and the rice was stiff. I also ordered the Shrimp Spring Roll and they couldn't prepare it due to missing ingredients. This is about the second or third time this has happened when ordering the spring rolls. I always have to substitute for something else. I was given Chicken Dumpling and that was just as nasty as the shaggy dog Shrimp roll. The chicken was this weird texture and looked fake. I can't believe this place has that many positive reviews on DoorDash. I won't be ordering from them again."

"I left this review yesterday for the Starbucks outside of Kroger in error. Tiffany and Joszi were outstanding! I was really trying to leave a tip since the App would not allow me to leave one. They were both very graceful in letting me know that tips were not accepted at this location. I sure hope that I run into you both in another location so I can give monetary appreciation for exceeding service expectations!!!"

"I love this Kroger, but they ought to be ashamed of selling this bland naked rotisserie. For $8.99 I had to go home, doctor it up, and bake it again. On the right is how it was sold, and on the left is how it looked after I fixed it. Whole foods would never! Kroger, your chickens need more seasoning and love!"

"I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews of this store, I've always had good service when I've shop at this particular store. I especially want to give a shout out to Rod who always helps me out with the handicapped scooters. He always makes sure that I get one and that it's in working order. You don't know what that means to a disabled person. Thank you Rod for your kindness and your help! It's very much appreciated!!"
