"Great gym! The staff does a great job of keeping everything and located where it should be. The space is large so even when it's full there room do you. I joined a few weeks ago and took advantage of the new member personal training special. I did 6 sessions with Chris Harris and he is a great resource. He helped me dial in my training efficiency and opened my mind to several different movements. Highly recommended!!"

"Don't waste your money on this place. Poor customer service! I forgot my "machine wipe down towel" one time and did not have any cash to "rent" the $1 towel from the facility, and was refused the use of the towel. I advised I could bring the $1 to them on my next visit and was still refused the towel. Completely my fault that I forgot my towel and didn't have cash, but come on, to lose a loyal customer over $1, and one who's paid for training sessions in the past is a poor business model in my opinion."
"I did a trial day a couple of days ago. Really really nice! Unlike all the other gyms I've tried, it felt like a gym and not a business. I am really out of shape, but I didn't feel judged at all. Bring your own cleaning towel though for the machines."
