"My massage therapist was great, but limited in strength. When I scheduled my appt, I advised I required a firm hand and she assured me she'd pair me accordingly. The person that scheduled my appt is the same person that checked me in. I arrived 20 min early and the amount of time it took to check in, cut 15 min into my appt. (Meani g it took her 35 min to get me squared away). With that said, the mgr did reduce my fee slightly for the shortened service, but it just seemed the person in the front just wasn't very efficient."

"This summer, I have tried to get massages in to use up my credits. Every other appointment was cancelled on their end. It was no surprise when I received a call this morning for my 1 pm appointment. I didn't even have to ask...cancelled. I understand things happen, but this has been with multiple therapists over and over again. You are better off trying the other studios."
