"I was quickly checked in by the office staff. My wait time was very short before they took me back for procedure. The nurse explained everything to me and made me comfortable in the environment. After she cleaned my skin area to be worked on, she numbed the whole area being very careful and telling me when I will feel any "pain". It was a pleasant experience handled professionally. The doctor came in and explained what he would do and what the next steps would be. His work was completed very quickly and the sample sent to be checked by the lab. The three of us, doctor, nurse, and myself were chatting, laughing, and being relaxed and patient all at the same time. When the lab work was done, the doctor came in to stitch up the wound and we continued to talk. I asked him if he was going to make a "Z" on my back, and he told me , "No My initials will be there." (of course, not true, just a professional job.) A wonderful time for an important procedure to take care of my skin."
