"I have been going to Act 1 Salon for over 4 years now and my daughters, Granddaughters and friends go as well Some of my family drives over 2 hours one way to get their hair done at Act 1 We will never change Salons because they treat us like family and they do such a beautiful job on our hair. "DO NOT GO HERE ! Don’t go here if you don’t speak Spanish. I have gone here 3 times hoping for a better outcome each time. During my last visit they made me feel invisible. They don’t acknowledge you or engage with you. I would tell myself maybe it’s the language barrier and that’s why I’m being disregarded but, there is no excuse for poor service. They knew how to communicate in English when it came time to pay .The prices alone are reason enough to go elsewhere. There is nothing “Premier” about this salon."

"I rate this salon a ZERO! Terrible customer service skills. They ignored my sister and she had to continuously get up and asked to be serviced. She had to sit and watch as they serviced other people. My sister was in that salon for 5 hours. The only reason why she did not leave was because she has an event to go to and needed her hair done. To top it all off they tried to overcharge her. $125?! Her hair did not turn out how she wanted. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE SKILLS. I do not recommend this salon."

"Dominican salon. A lady from Honduras did a wonderful job removing old acrylic, taking time not to damage natural nail. Her technique was different from the Asian ladies that normally do my nails. I want to give my nails a break and stay natural. I will definitely return and check out other services."
