"I appreciate all that the employees in the Winchester Va location did for me yesterday, I had a panic attack in the store and they recognized what was happening and took the time to make sure I was okay even though it was really chaotic and busy in there. Empathy is something that is lacking with not only customer service but people in general and all of the employees there yesterday were beyond amazing."

"I seriously could not be more please with the employees of this store. My 18yr old who struggles with sizes as he is 6'4" walked in and immediately found a pair of Kuromi jeans he loved. They were girl sizes so I immediately went & asked one of the employees for their help. She was amazing & I wish I got her name but I do know she is 32 with a wife my age. We talked about the 90's. I told her I appreciated that she helped my son with sizing without judgement of the fact they were marketed for girls. Anyway if she sees this or her boss knows who she is , I just want to say she deserves all the credit for making my son & I the happiest. She is exactly what nonjudgmental shopping should be like"

"Stopping for a quick browsing, I was immediately welcomed into the store. Later on, I was asked if I needed help with anything. I was definitely pleased with the good effort on behalf of customer service. As for the store itself, item variety is typical of other Hot Topic locations. If you've been to any other one, you'll know what to expect."
