"If I could give them less than 1 star I would. The girl turned my hair strawberry blonde after asking for highlights and 1 red streak on 1 side about 4 months ago. I had to argue with the owner, threatening this review to get them to accept responsibility for it and finally attempt to fix it. Then I went to a bleached blonde, again not what I wanted but did not want to deal with this place anymore. I did not leave the review then because she did at least attempt to fix it….So I waited to go to a different reputable salon to repair the color to be told this place has fried my hair. I already knew that but to be told the extent of the damage was shocking. And to add insult to the injury, the place that fixed it charges WAY less than they do here. I have to go back again to get exactly what I want and the 2 visits together , including tip is less than this place charges. Do yourself a favor and don’t trust these people with your hair!"
