CVS Pharmacy

"The tall red headed man at the cvs pharmacy on valley ave was beyond rude today. I was there over an hour before they closed. Which was at 6 on a weds. I didn’t know they closed early. I stood waiting for my script to be taken for a while. No big deal. He finally came over and asked when I needed it. I said as soon as they can and that I’d wait. It was one thing and I was leaving the following day for out of town. He said it would be close to 6 and I said that was fine. I know they have been understaffed for A while now but, I also had changed cvs’s a while back bc of how amazing this staff was compared to the other I was using. I asked if he could run my insurance bc it was new and I had a problem the month before. I didn’t want any issues since they were closing in an hour and I didn’t have the money to pay out of pocket if something came up. He said “NO! (VERY rudely), I don’t have time for that” and walked away. I was on my phone but had sat it down while getting insurance card and the person I was speaking to even asked what the issue was. This man was beyond rude. Telling ppl getting in the line that they wouldn’t be able to drop off scripts etc at 5:50. Then shut the pharmacy windows and doors at 5:53pm before time. Just beyond unprofessional and mean. There were at least 15 ppl in the hour i was there and everyone was talking and complaining ab him. I know y’all are short staffed but he’s gotta go. Unreal"

"Tired of the hours constantly changing. Need to add after hours locker pickup service option, or just as an option to bypass the line and make pick up easier."

"Valley Ave, Winchester. They're hiring so obviously not fully staffed... Great group of people dedicated to doing it right and by the book. They're working very hard for their pharmacy customers,, and it's a super important job.... excercise patience, while they do their job correctly for your safety. It's far more involved and important then forgetting your straw at a fast food restaurant. Something to keep in mind. Thank your pharmacist and their staff today."
