"The associates were nice, but I went to donate plasma and the employees there couldn't find a business license to check if my recent ear piercings would be okay during screening. Got deferred for four months because Piercing Pagoda isn't operating with a license, doesn't have a license in the state of Virginia, or at best aren't making their license known or accessible to the public. I sincerely hope it's the third one as the associates were kind, the kiosk was clean, and the piercing was as painless as it could be."
