"Received a call today at 4:57 from Michael from Walgreens letting me know 2 of my prescriptions were ready. I called my husband to go by there to pick them up. Only one was READY. My Adderall. That I have been waiting for. This happens ALL the time. I WILL be going to the Canal Dr & George Washington Hwy location to switch back to CVS where there was NEVER this problem. I changed to Walgreens for the convenience and location. What a mistake."

"After using this pharmacy for almost a year, I'm going elsewhere. The service is absolutely TERRIBLE. Both times I have been there in the past month when I have walked up to the window I am not acknowledged. What's worse is that I've stood by (twice!) and witnessed the techs scrambling because they can't organize people's pickups correctly, so the poor folks at the window just have to sit there for 10-15 minutes while the tech tries to find them by last name. Oy. Save your time and go somewhere else. Not trained well, complete disaster of an operation and super unfriendly."

"These people giving 1 star are the kind of people who come into urgent cares the last minute before closing and expect to be waited on aka the bane of my existence. Healthcare is suffering and taking it out on the pharmacy staff is retarded. Same idea as not tipping the waiter cus you didn't like the food. Medications are being on backorder and every pharmacy is in the same boat. The employees who work here are patient, kind, and will go beyond to help you. They cannot control the big pharma nor win every fight against your insurance. Today I got my medications earlier against my insurances will because of the hard to get supply demand. I didn't believe they could do it but they did. I am grateful. But damn, the reviews. Some of yall never worked retail and it shows LOL."

"Had filled a prescription on 7/28/2023. And was told by the pharmacy tech (John or Michael) that it would be filled by 7/29/2023 and if there was any issues that he would give me a call. Came to pick up my prescription on 7/29/2023 at 4:30pm I waited approximately 30 mins. When I get to the counter the nice young lady told me that my prescription would not be filled until 7/31/2023. I asked her the young lady why (John or Michael) tell me that it would be filled today in 7/29/2023. When I asked the young lady to speak with him because I saw him back on the computer the young went to go get him but he never came to the counter. Instead he had the young lady relay a message which was unprofessional. He was the one that told me that the prescription would be filled today and didn’t call me to inform me that it wouldn’t be filled until a later day. Forth at was very rude of him to the point I’m thinking about switching pharmacies but I’m pretty sure he doesn’t care because he’s getting paid regardless. So unprofessional!!"
