"Over half of the gas pumps had yellow bags covering them. Only one single door worked to get into the entire store. Not one set, but literally one single door. The deli was closed, which we weren't going to use, so whatever. AND the bathrooms were shut down. Worst royal farms I've ever been to."
"2.32 for a fountain large soda... I Amazon and doordash. I go to a lot of gas stations. I pay that amount for xxlarge at other stations. Only reason I stopped here is it's 100 outside and needed a drink an it's on the route. Do better because I've lost all respect for your company."
"Attempted to place an order for chicken and AFTER placing order was told by Caucasian male (name unknown) there would be 35 minute wait. After waiting longer than 35 minutes understanding that they are short staffed, Caucasian male (name unknown) made it difficult to pick up order that was purchased well over 35 minutes. After associate acknowledged that I’d already paid for my order he still completed other orders prior to completing my 35 minute old order."
"The rude and unprofessional female in the hot food section at 930pm on 8/29 caused me to take my business elsewhere. I will be contacting corporate about my experience with her as I myself work in hospitality as a member of management. Her behavior was totally unnecessary and out of line and should be addressed immediately!"
