"I'm a pizza addict... so I decided to try them out, everytime I've wanted to it wasn't after 4pm. Anyway ...all I have to say is...HANDS DOWN!! what pizza oven do you guys have??? The crust was so crispy yet moist at the same time. I got a Supreme with Extra cheese...and it could not have been cooked any better, it was absolutely amazing and mouth watering. WOW guys good job!"
"I ordered a medium cup of soup. Now I know there is an order to which things are made...but over 10 min to ladle soup!?!? It wasn't busy, 3 people in the same area(2ft) talking, but no one working. One person's online order was just sitting, no notification. The man before me had to wait for someone to cut his sandwich...which is confusing that the person who made it can't use a knife. The morning crew is way more busy, and I've never seen them drop the ball like this. Better management at night. The store manager may want to look at the camera, coasting on the job!"
"The girls who make the food need to be replaced. They mess up your order and look at you confused as if your not supposed to say something. They are rude and not welcoming at all. They say responses like, What! Speak up! What kind of customer service is that? Then make my sub all sloppy, forgot my cheese. I take the sub back and instead of fixing it right away i had to wait 20 min to get my food right. Wasted my lunch break. Please do something about those women in the back thats making the food."
